Very comfortable beds enhance the stay experience.
I arrived late and the shower didn't work. The staff were unavailable at night, leaving me with no option for assistance. On top of that, the swimming pool was unclean, which detracted from my experience. I felt very disappointed overall.

I was pleasantly surprised at the attitude of the staff from the time I entered at the front desk to the time I was leaving. I would recommend other to stay there.. As a matter of fact my experience in Freeport 16 yrs previously was very poor , but staying at this resort made a big diffference

I had never been to Freeport so was pleased on arrival to be greeted by very pleasnt Reception Staff and shown to a room adjacent to the Pool. We ate our first evening in the hotel and enjoyed drinks. The following two days we had an excellent breakfast at great value. I was working for a day so the proximity of the Shoppinmg area was a bonus on account of the Hotel's location.

This was a recently renovated small hotel in a marvellous and perfect location. Location: the venue was very close to the downtown area near the International Bazaar, which lacks much in the way of nearby restaurants or amenities, and the restaurant. Ate at Penny's, it's relatively close to the venue...

Great staff and relaxing pool
I really appreciated the friendly staff throughout my stay. They genuinely. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, perfect for a relaxing afternoon. I did find some of the hotel amenities lacking, particularly the dining options which could use improvement.

great city strolls with nearby attractions and parks
I really enjoyed my stay, as the cute staff made my experience pleasant, and the nice pool area was perfect for a relaxing afternoon after exploring the nearby attractions like the International Bazaar just a short walk away and the Junkanoo Museum of The Bahamas which I visited within almost 2 km distance.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the cozy king room that made me feel right at home and the stunning outdoor swimming pool that was perfect for relaxing in the sun. I also loved lounging by the jacuzzi after a long day of adventure. Just a heads up, the shower had some trouble working late at night, but it didn't ruin my overall experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a chill getaway! 😊
